He later continued his professional growth with a local independent agency, where he built a strong property and casualty book of business and strengthened his expertise in commercial and personal insurance planning. This diverse background allows Ty to serve clients with both ownership insight and producer-level experience.
Ty is deeply involved in the Vandalia and Fayette County community through Rotary, the Greater Fayette County Chamber of Commerce, the Kaskaskia College Foundation Board of Directors, and Calumet Street Christian Church. Ty resides in Patoka, Illinois with his wife of 21 years, Carrie, their daughters Kennedy and Kaytlyn, their dogs Duke and Daisy, and their Siamese cat, Sky. Outside of work, he enjoys following the Duke Blue Devils, St. Louis Cardinals, and St. Louis Blues.
